Types of Dragon Tattoos for Women

When shopping for dragon tattoos for women you can follow the traditional basic three categories or you can make up your own.  The basic three categories are:
1. Europe dragons which are almost always portrayed as malevolent. They differ from the other two categories in that they feature wings. The historical meaning of European dragons is changing somewhat due to western fairytales, cartoons, and songs depicting winged dragons as friendly helpful creatures. This could be an excellent choice of dragon tattoos for women.
2. Chinese dragons are different from Japanese dragons in that they have five toes instead of three.  All oriental dragons are considered benevolent and divine.
2. Japanese dragons have three toes and also are considered benevolent. Benevolent dragon tattoos for women make a fine choice for the feminine gender because they are the more nurturing, generous, and benevolent amongst the humans.  It is most often their role in life.
Don’t be intimidated by dragon tattoos, they have enough meaning to cover just about everyone woman’s interest; they lend themselves beautifully to color ink, and are absolutely stunning in large scale back tats. Check out some gallery pictures.
